The following describes the most common problems and how to deal with them:

1) Automatic regeneration is not working (for systems equipped with an automatic heads.)

Answer: Make sure that the system is connected to a power source

2) Low concentration of salt in brine tank.

Answer: Keep your tank filled with salt tablets

3) Obstruction inside brine tank.

Answer: Clean the brine collection system

4) By-pass is open

Answer: Close the by-pass valve

5) Contaminated injector

Answer: Clean or replace injector
